Pregnancy Postpartum Csection
Jesse Truelove is a prenatal and postpartum fitness specialist, functional strength coach, founder of Move with Truelove, homeschool mom of three daughters, and a passionate advocate for helping women build strength and confidence through every season of motherhood. With a degree in Kinesiology and over a decade of experience working with women, Jesse specializes in pregnancy, postpartum recovery, C-section rehabilitation, pelvic floor health, deep core function, and functional strength training. Her approach blends evidence-based movement, breathwork, nervous system support, and practical strategies that help mothers feel stronger in their everyday lives, not just during a workout. As a 3-time C-section mom herself, Jesse understands firsthand the physical and emotional challenges that can come with pregnancy, birth, recovery, and motherhood. Her personal experiences, combined with her professional expertise, have helped shape a philosophy that has resonated with more than 100,000 women through her online community, coaching programs, speaking engagements, and the Move with Truelove App. Jesse has been featured on NBC 5's Texas Today and is known for her relatable, no-fluff approach to motherhood wellness. She believes women deserve more support, better education, and realistic fitness solutions that work with their bodies instead of against them. Her mission is simple: to help mothers reconnect with their bodies, trust themselves again, and build a foundation of strength that allows them to fully participate in the life they want to live. Because motherhood isn't about shrinking yourself, bouncing back, or returning to who you were before. It's about becoming stronger, more resilient, and more rooted in who you are now. Through movement, education, and community, Jesse is helping mothers find their footing in motherhood, one breath, one workout, and one conversation at a time. ❤️

As a motherhood photographer and mother myself, I’m passionate about creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and celebrated in every season of motherhood. I’m excited to be a part of an event that pours back into moms and reminds them that their wellness matters too.

I’m a postpartum doula and educator, as well as a growing herbalist, with a passion for supporting and caring for women through different seasons of life. Women’s wellness is deeply important to me because I know how easy it is for women—especially mothers—to place themselves last. I’m honored to be part of an event that creates space for women to slow down, reconnect, and be reminded they are worthy of care too.

As a mama to two boys with another baby coming in October, and having moved away from the village that raised me, I’ve learned just how important it is to find a real community of support, connection, and shared values. I’m so excited to be part of this event alongside other incredible moms with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Events like this are such a gift for building friendships, connection, learning, and community with like-minded women

I found a passion for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum through my first pregnancy while researching and discovering everything ignored in mainstream birth education. That passion also led to a focus on holistic, natural living and parenting for the past nearly 8 years. I’m thrilled to be a part of Jesse’s event to focus on honoring mothers, providing a grounding space to give back to the women who give everything to those around them.

Even though I had support at home, having my first baby during a global pandemic was overwhelming, exhausting and stressful. I had very little knowledge about what to do after she arrived especially after having an emergency c-section. My whole experience was chaotic and isolating. I’m excited to be part of the MOMentum retreat to meet like-minded mamas and to continue supporting postpartum education and communities.
