Jesse Truelove is a prenatal and postpartum strength coach and the founder of Move With Truelove. As a 3x C-section mom, her work is rooted in real-life motherhood as well as experience helping thousands of women through these seasons. She specializes in helping women rebuild strength through supportive, functional movement that actually meets them where they are. Core, pelvic floor, posture, breathwork, all taught in a way that feels safe, sustainable, and doable in the middle of life with littles.
Jesse believes mothers don’t need more pressure or unrealistic expectations, they need the right kind of support and the reminder that they are still strong, capable and resilient. Movement that restores instead of depletes. Strength that builds confidence, not burnout. And community that reminds them they’re not doing this alone.
At MOMentum, Jesse leads the movement sessions, breathwork, and community conversations. Her approach is simple: come as you are. Baby in arms, tired, strong, rebuilding...all of it is welcome. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use at home, a deeper connection to your body, and the kind of support that doesn’t end when the retreat does.
